F.O.C.U.S. provides a cloud-based project management platform that enables users to create, organize, and track projects and tasks. The Service includes task management, team collaboration, file storage, and reporting tools.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

6.1 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment of fees, or upon your request. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
